On November 2, 2026, the Mistery team announced mcro.fun, a non-custodial app to swap Cronos memecoins "like it's a high score". It is the latest step in a busy two years for $MERY, one of the most active meme communities on Cronos.
mcro.fun: swapping memecoins should feel like a game
mcro.fun lets you pick a token, see exactly what you will receive and confirm the swap in your own wallet. Behind the button, the app looks for the best route across Cronos DEXs, and can split a trade over several pools when that gets you more tokens.

Swaps carry a 1% platform fee on top of gas, shown in the quote. The team reminds users to connect only on app.mcro.fun (the main site, mcro.fun, never asks for a wallet) and to never share a seed phrase. Cronos mainnet is supported today, Ethereum is on the roadmap.
How MERY got here
In December 2024 the team looked back on its first eight months: a launch from a $200k seed to a $37M peak market cap, around 17,000 holders, a MERY NFT collection sold out in an hour and support from Cronos Labs. 2025 then brought a steady stream of milestones:
- January 2025: opening of the Merycoin store (hoodies, T-shirts, caps), payable in MERY, CRO, USDC or by card, with rebates for NFT holders. The MERY supply was also verified on CoinMarketCap.
- March 2025: MERY was listed on the Crypto.com App and Exchange, and the team locked its tokens for four years. A limited birthday Mystery Box followed.
- April to June 2025: .mery domains on Solana with Unstoppable Domains, partnerships with Stocktwits, Crypto2Gold and Fufuture, a playground event with Puush and a trading competition on Moonlander.
- August 2025: Obsidian Swap became a DEX partner, and the Ghost Tap Telegram game went live.
- September 2025: launch of Infercro, an in-house lottery that burns MERY with every round.
A new chapter for the token
In October 2026 the team announced a new plan to tighten the MERY supply: a dedicated MERYBURN wallet that buys and burns MERY on the market every day, and all MERY NFT royalties used to buy and burn the token. mcro.fun is the product meant to bring new users, from seasoned traders to Crypto.com users taking their first steps on-chain.
